HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BOOK A SERVICE?

Pricing is determined by the clinician, type of service and its duration. The current fee structure for our clinicians is listed below for your convenience.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

Anna Shaffner, Yvonne Carrasco, Staisha Hamilton, and Cliff Matthews are in-network with BCBS.

Other clinicians currently do not take insurance day and collect the full-service amount at the conclusion of each session. We suggest calling your insurance company before your visit to ask how much they will reimburse you for a therapy session. If your insurance does offer reimbursement, we will give you what is called a "Super Bill" after each session. Your “Super Bill” will include an assigned diagnosis and can be submitted to your insurance company.

CAN I USE MY FLEX SPENDING DOLLARS TO PAY?

Yes, HSA or FSA can be used to pay for your services. Using your flex dollars allows us to treat our clients without being dictated by a company not directly involved in your treatment. Another benefit of using your flex dollars to pay for services; peace of mind knowing your diagnosis will not be on your permanent medical record.

ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS AND RESOURCES

If you are a resident of Mecklenburg or Cabarrus County, have been impacted by COVID-19, are uninsured or underinsured, and need financial assistance, we are proud to partner with MHA Central Carolinas to offer free short-term counseling that will cover an intake and 6 sessions with one of our counselors. Fill out this form and tell them to refer you back to Perry Counseling Healing and Recovery.

Separately, Open Path Collective is a great option for folks who are looking for quality care but cannot afford the full rate. Sessions are offered from $30-$50 for individual sessions and $30-$80 for couples and families. Many quality colleagues have availability on here and I recommend this option over avoiding treatment altogether. we do not currently have available slots on Open Path but will inform followers through social media when we do.
