Pricing (set by each clinician individually based on service duration):
Do you take insurance?
We do not currently take insurance and will collect the full amount at the conclusion of each session. You can call your insurance company and ask how much they will reimburse you for a therapy session. If they will, we can give you what is called a "Super Bill" after each session, with an assigned diagnosis, and you can submit that to your insurance company. If you use an HSA or FSA, you can also use that for payment. This allows us to treat people without being dictated to by a company not directly involved in your treatment, while also allowing people who do not want a diagnosis on their permanent medical record to not avoid treatment for this reason. All that said, do not let finances be the reason you avoid treatment, as you would not have come this far if everything was fine.
Alternative Options if Finances are a concern:
Anna and I are large proponents of Group Therapy, as it provides therapeutic support, reduces isolation, and can be more cost effective for many people. We will offer several groups, including 2 current ones centered on: 1) Real Men, Real Talk for men attempting to manage life on life’s terms and 2) Healthy Relationships for women for women attempting to break patterns of unhealthy relationships and or/self-sabotage. Our average group is $60 per session.
Separately, Open Path Collective is a great option for folks who are looking for quality care, but cannot afford the full rate. Sessions are offered from $30-$50 for individual sessions and $30-$80 for couples and family. Many quality colleagues have availability on here and I recommend this option over avoiding treatment altogether. we do not currently have available slots on Open Path, but will inform followers through social media when we do.
